Wayne Cook (a.k.a. Cookie)

CookieWayne Cook, a.k.a. Cookie, grew up in Maine, and is very familiar with the state, having lived there for 50 years, and finally realizing that no matter how much snow he shoveled, there was always more the following season. A favorite saying they had for folks from out-of-state was "Maine has 10 months of winter, and two months of rough sledding."

Wayne taught public schools in Waterville for 28 years, then taught for 6 more years at Aiken Technical College in Aiken, SC. After 34 years of teaching, Wayne retired and moved to Alexandria, VA, just outside Washington, DC, where his wife is finishing up her Navy Career at NCIS at Washington Navy Yard.

Wayne bought TRS2004 in December 2003 and has become addicted to it. He finds that it is perhaps the most amazing piece of software that has hit the market thus far. Oh, by the way, Wayne is an avid collector of HO scale trains, with a collection of about 200 pieces of Southern Pacific and Cotton Belt motive power and approximately 1200 pieces of rolling stock. Needless to say, all of this has been gathering dust since his purchase of TRS2004.
